Submission & Intake
Every card is logged, documented, and assigned a tracking record upon arrival. Condition is recorded prior to evaluation.
Measurement & Review
Each card undergoes structured analysis for centering, corners, edges, and surface. Sub-scores are documented and recorded. Any issues are flagged and reviewed.
Encapsulation & Registry Record
Cards are sealed in tamper-evident encapsulation and issued a permanent registry ID. Documentation is stored within the GRA digital archive.
Return & Verification Access
Certified cards are securely returned. Registry verification remains publicly accessible through the GRA verification system.
